With every purchase, not only are you earning rewards, but you’re also helping us reduce waste and playing a role in caring for the planet. Together, we’re making a difference one beautiful piece at a time.

How does the Loyalty Program work?

  1. Receive Your Loyalty Card: Every new customer will receive a loyalty card with their first order.

  2. Earn Stickers: For every order over $50 (excluding taxes and shipping), you will receive a special sticker with your order.

  3. Apply Stickers: After receiving your sticker, simply place it on your loyalty card to track your progress.

  4. Collect 6 Stickers: Once you’ve made 6 purchases, your loyalty card will be complete.

  5. Claim Your Free Item: The 7th item is FREE! All you need to do is reach out to us to claim your prize.

How do I claim my free item?

Once you’ve completed 6 purchases and have all 6 stickers on your card, here's how to claim your free item:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to Rewards@blackgirlaesthetic.com or use our customer service chat box.

    • The chat box is located at the top of our website in the banner, or in the link of our social media bio.

  2. Include the following:

    • Your Full Name

    • Shipping Address

    • Phone Number

    • A Clear Picture of Your Loyalty Card (showing all 6 stickers).

  3. Verification Process: Once we receive your information, we’ll verify your card and order history.

  4. Receive Your Code: After verification, we’ll send you a discount code to redeem your free item!

What counts towards earning a sticker?

  • Every purchase over $50 (excluding taxes and shipping) qualifies you for a sticker.

  • All nameplate set orders automatically receive 2 stickers.

  • Purchases can be made over time, and your stickers will accumulate with each qualifying order until you have 6.

Do I have to use the stickers in order?

No! You can apply your stickers in any order on your card. As long as you make 6 qualifying purchases, you’ll be eligible for your free item.

What if I lose my loyalty card or stickers?

We will issue a replacement ONCE. After that, you must start over from scratch, so be sure to keep your card in a safe place!

Can I redeem my free item on any purchase?

You can redeem your free item after you’ve completed 6 qualifying purchases. However, items sold as sets are excluded from the free item redemption.

Can I gift my free item to someone else?

Technically yes! If you’d like to gift your free item, simply insert the generated code at checkout. You can either:

  • Have it shipped to the recipient directly, or

  • Give the code to the recipient so they can order it themselves.

How long do I have to claim my free item?

You have up to 1 year from the date of your last qualifying purchase to claim your free item. After this time, your rewards may expire.

What happens after I finish the program and keep ordering?

Once you’ve claimed your free item and continue to shop, you’ll move into Tiers of our loyalty program! Here’s what to expect as you progress:

  • Second Tier: Enjoy exclusive discounts as you continue to shop and earn freebies with future purchases.

  • Third Tier and Beyond: More details are coming soon, but the higher you go, the better the freebies and rewards!

Are there any exclusions?

  • Taxes and shipping fees are not eligible for loyalty rewards.

  • The program applies to regular-priced items and sale items, as long as your order is over $50.

  • All nameplate set orders automatically get 2 stickers, even if they are on sale.
