Q: Can I make changes to my custom order after placing it?

A: Changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your custom order. After that, production begins and we cannot guarantee edits.

Q: How do I personalize my custom jewelry?

A: Start by selecting the custom jewelry piece you like.
Then:

Choose your material
Choose your color
If it's a necklace or bracelet, select your chain length
If it's a ring or earring, select your size
Enter your name or custom text
Select your font
Double-check everything, then press Add to Cart.

Q: Can I preview my design before it’s made?

A: Yes! Select items include a design preview. If your item qualifies, we’ll email you the preview before production begins.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will my order ship?

A:
- Non-custom items ship within 72 hours and take 3–7 business days to arrive.
- Custom items ship within 7–12 business days.
- If your order contains both, we'll wait for the custom item to be ready to ship everything together — unless you place separate orders.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Need help? Reach us at support@blackgirlaesthetic.com.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

A: All packages come with shipping insurance. If your package wasn’t delivered, email us to start a missing package claim.

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size or item?

A: Refer to our size guide to avoid sizing issues.
- Non-custom items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging.
- Custom items cannot be exchanged, so please double-check your order details before submitting.

Q: Are sale or promo items eligible for return or refund?

A: All sale, discounted, or promo-code items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A:
- Non-custom orders: Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
- Custom orders: Cancel within 12 hours. After that, a 30% fee applies.

A: Yes! Our pieces are made with premium 316L stainless steel, plated in thick 18k gold using PVD — making them highly resistant to tarnish, rust, and water damage.

Q: Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or ocean?

A: Yes — our jewelry is made for everyday life. Just pat dry after moisture and store properly.

A: Yes! Every order comes beautifully packaged with a polishing cloth — perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

Q: Do you offer gift messages?
