At BGA Jewelry, we want your experience to feel just as good as your jewelry looks. That’s why every order is packed with care, protected with insurance, and sent with love. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:
✧ Processing Times
Non-Custom Items
Processing time is 3–7 business days.
If your order has not shipped by the 7th business day, feel free to reach out to us at support@blackgirlaestheticjewelry.com with your order number.
Custom Items
Our custom pieces are handcrafted just for you and can take 7–12 business days to process.
If it’s been more than 12 business days with no shipping update, feel free to reach out to us at support@blackgirlaestheticjewelry.com with your order number.
⚠ Orders placed after 3PM EST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. ⚠

All shipping options include package insurance and signature confirmation at no extra cost — because your order deserves that level of care.
✧ Combined Orders (Custom + Non-Custom)
If your order includes both custom and non-custom items, your full order will ship together once the custom item is complete.
If you’d like your ready-to-ship items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. Otherwise, we’ll ship everything at once for convenience — just note your delivery may be delayed until your custom piece is finished.
✧ PO Boxes
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes!. All PO Box deliveries are handled via USPS.
✧ Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after your shipping label is created.
✧ Want to Pick Up from the Post Office?
Worried about porch theft or missed delivery? You can request USPS to Hold your package for Pickup at your local Post Office instead of delivering it to your home.
✔ Available for both $7 Standard and $14 Priority Shipping

✔ Must be done by you after the item ships, using your tracking number
✔ Request via USPS Tracking or by calling your local Post Office
✧ Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete, including:

Full name and address (with apartment or unit # if applicable)

Any custom order details (spelling, size, color, etc.)
Please double-check before submitting — once your order is placed, changes may not be possible.
✧ If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your item ships, we can’t make changes.
✧ What Happens if You Enter the Wrong Address?
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and your package is:

Delivered to the wrong address:
We are not responsible for lost or unrecoverable packages due to incorrect customer information. Please contact the address it was delivered to (if possible) or check with your local post office. -
Returned to us by the carrier:
We will contact you via email. Your order can be reshipped once a new shipping fee is paid. If you choose not to reship, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost (custom items may not be eligible — see our refund policy). -
Marked undeliverable or missing:
If the order cannot be delivered or recovered due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
✧ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or weather disruptions. But we’re always here to help!
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
