Pre-ordering at BGA means you're part of our First Access Circle giving you guaranteed early access to our most loved pieces before they hit the main shop. Quantities are limited , and orders are fulfilled in the order received. This is our VIP experience for those who want first dibs, early delivery, and guaranteed placement before official release.

A pre-order means you’re purchasing an item before it's officially released or restocked. It’s our way of giving our community VIP access — and it’s especially helpful for styles that sell out fast.

  • Ships before public launch (especially for custom pieces)

✧ Custom Pre-Orders (Made Just for You)

For a limited time, we offer custom pre-orders so you don’t have to wait for an official launch window to order. When you pre-order a custom piece:

  • You’ll receive it before everyone else

  • Your spot is locked in ahead of any restocks

  • Processing begins right away (see timeline below)

✧ Non-Custom Pre-Orders (Limited Stock)

Select non-custom items are offered in limited quantities before their official release.

  • Once pre-order stock sells out, ordering will close

  • You’ll need to wait until the public launch to purchase

  • First come, first served — don’t sleep!

✧ Shipping & Processing Timelines

Pre-order shipping times vary based on the item, but generally follow this timeline:

  • Custom Pre-Orders: Ships within 2–4 weeks

  • Non-Custom Pre-Orders: Ships within 1–3 weeks

We’ll always do our best to keep it on the shorter end — but never want to overpromise.
If your item takes longer than expected, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

✧ Combined Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

Orders containing both pre-order and ready-to-ship items will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you want your in-stock items faster, we recommend placing separate orders.

✧ Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund

  • After 24 hours, all pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable
    (We begin production or allocate inventory immediately to hold your spot)

As soon as your pre-order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
